At Al Huda Jewellery, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition with protective tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place your jewellery back into its original velvet box and shipping carton, ensuring the Return Authorization Code is clearly written on the outside of the package.

  Ship Your Return

  Send your package via a tracked and insured courier service to the address provided by our team to ensure your precious items are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days to your original payment method.
